About the role
The Boys’ Club of New York Inc. is seeking a Director of Social Emotional Development at the East Harlem Gerry Clubhouse. You will lead specialty programming, integrate SEL with youth development, and mentor staff while collaborating with families and community partners.
Responsibilities include designing age-appropriate enrichment plans, coordinating services, training staff in restorative practices, and ensuring inclusive programs that support the well-being and growth of all members.
