Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) – Austin, TX
Compensation: $200,000–$250,000 base salary plus equity. No visa sponsorship. Our client, a Series A AI cybersecurity startup, is seeking a Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) to lead a defined vertical and own revenue end-to-end. This role requires a builder mindset: designing the strategy and executing it. This isn’t supporting sales; it’s owning the number.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute a vertical-specific go-to-market strategy
  • Generate and own pipeline through creative outbound, content, events, and partnerships
  • Run the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and the CEO to win the market
  • Represent the company at industry events and with strategic customers
  • Turn customer insights into product and leadership input
  • Qualifications5‑10 years in go-to-market, strategy, operations, or top-tier consulting
Required: GTM experience at a fast-growing, pre-IPO startup
