About the role
Driving the global Luxury Client Relationship Management strategy, the full-time VP, Luxury Client Relationship Management will establish and scale a relationship-management ecosystem for High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) customers, focusing on acquisition, retention, and personalized engagement, while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
Define and implement the global strategy for HNW and UHNW customer acquisition and retention
Lead the development of clienteling capabilities and technology infrastructure to enhance customer engagement
Create and manage invitation-only luxury experiences and partnerships to strengthen customer loyalty
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related discipline
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, retail, or customer relationship management
Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives within complex organizations
Experience managing executive-level stakeholder relationships and influencing cross-functionally
Deep expertise in CRM platforms and customer analytics
