HP Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial to support US and Canada end-user sales transactions and strategic projects within PSCO Legal. The role combines transactional work with advising on risk, negotiating contracts, and shaping commercial terms.
The successful candidate will have a JD, active bar membership, 10+ years in commercial contracts, and a track record with a major IT company. Travel as needed and a compensation package including base pay and bonus/equity are part of the role.
