Job Description: We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to manage, maintain, and replenish products and supplies across supply chain inventory locations, hospital, and clinic supply areas.
Key Responsibilities: Pick and fulfill orders using a mobile handheld device. Receive and process inventory using handheld devices and/or workstation computers. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry. Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed. Work with ERP and other inventory management systems. Provide excellent customer service and resolve inventory-related issues. Follow established inventory and supply chain procedures.
Required Skills: Inventory management experience/knowledge. Experience with ERP or inventory management systems. Basic computer skills, including email and calendar applications. Strong data entry and attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred: Warehouse experience. Medical product/supply knowledge.
Note: Medical supply experience is not required and a driver's license/vehicle operation is not required for this position.
