About the role
Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time Automotive Remarketing Supervisor will manage remarketing activities at physical auctions, develop relationships with dealerships, and ensure efficient customer service related to vehicle returns.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in managing remarketing activities at auctions and storage locations
Create and nurture relationships with dealership and GM divisional contacts
Develop methods to minimize expenses related to vehicle disposal
Required qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
4+ years of experience in customer service or the financial services industry
Prior leadership experience
Strong decision-making and project management skills
Knowledge of the used vehicle market and distribution systems
