Job Description:
Press Operator Helper First Shift – Hours M-Th 6:00am to 3:30pm and Fri 6:00am-10:00am- 40 hours p/wk Location- Menomonee Falls, WI ADDEV Materials Healthcare is growing and expanding. Come join our team! ADDEV is looking for a first shift press machine helper/packager to work together with the press operator to produce medical products to meet customer specifications. The role is to work at press side to take finished products off the press as they are produced and stack, sort and package them in real time. To ensure quality production while adhering to safety standards and assisting in the setup and operation alongside the operator. Responsibilities/duties include, but not limited to:·Hands -on material handling at press-side·Assist operator in production of dimensionally accurate medical products·Performs inspection to ensure product meets stringent quality standards & customer specifications·Sorting, stacking and organizing small parts into bins, boxes or pouches·Fast-paced handling of parts as they come of the press
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have:·High School diploma or equivalent·Strong mechanical aptitude & mathematical skills·Ability to multi-task with strong problem-solving skills·Computer competency·Impeccable attention to detail & accuracy with high level of quality consciousness·Ability to collaborate with coworkers & customers during problem-solving practices·Patience when confronted with production challenges·Ability to lift 50# with assistance·General knowledge of rotary die cutting and manufacturing are a plus
