Preschool Director
Location: Rosemount, MNBase pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a positive, high‑energy environment, enjoys coaching and developing others, and is ready to grow with a company that's redefining early learning.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with parents daily
- Assist with hiring of all staff
- Staffing of facility
- Uphold licensing requirements
- Staff training and conflict resolution
- Conduct parent meetings
- Attend corporate director trainings & meetings
- Maintain center enrollment
- Have fun!
Requirements:
- CDA, Associate’s Degree or higher
- Minnesota director qualificationsCPR/First Aid certification
- Experience working with children 0–13 years old
- Management experience

Salary range:
