Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bath Lead Installer to join our growing team. This role involves leading and completing full bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, leads by example, and ensures every project is completed with exceptional quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install acrylic bath and shower systems, surrounds, and related fixtures
- Complete full bathroom remodels, including demolition, framing, light plumbing, flooring, and trim work
- Lead and supervise a helper or small crew on job sites
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to company quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal team members
- Ensure all work complies with building codes and company expectations
- Enjoy a consistent schedule with weekends off
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling or general construction
- Proficiency in acrylic bath systems and full remodel execution
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
Compensation & Benefits:
