Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Press Operators to join a well-established rubber manufacturing facility in Middlefield, OH. This is a great opportunity for those looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities: Operate heated rubber molding presses Spray molds with lubricant to prevent sticking Load rubber and/or metal parts into molds Start and monitor press cycles Remove finished goods, trim excess rubber (flash), and inspect parts Cut rubber preforms and prepare boxes for shipping Stamp cartons, package parts, and maintain accurate production records Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements: Standing for up to 8 hours per shift Lifting up to 30 lbs., carrying short distances Frequent use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling Working indoors on concrete floors Exposure to minimal to moderate rubber fumes Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Mancan Temporary Staffing Employment Agency do offer our temporary employees full benefits such as paid vacation, holidays, 401K, as well as vision, dental, and medical.
