The ABRITE Organization is currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for school-based positions. Responsibilities:
  • Training and support to individualized behavior interventionists
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Develop, supervise, and monitor behavior intervention plans and other student specific protocols designed to meet IEP goals
Develop, measure, and modify IEP goals with a concentrated focus on outlining behavioral, social-emotions, and functional replacement goals for students. Requirements:
  • Current BCBA certification**At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with special education needs
  • Experience training school staff and parents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member
  • Fingerprint background clearance
