About the role
Job Title
Responsibilities:
- Opening cases, dumping product on loader & to be loaded on trolleys for cabin plant. (50 lbs cases)
- Push loaded trolley into cabin plant unload cabin when completed. (2 people process)
- Move trolley of thawed shrimp to unloader or 40o cooler for further processing. (2 people process)
- Place trolley on unloader and dump product into totes. (2 people process)
- Remove plastic and any other foreign material as needed.
- Place tag on totes explaining what run this is for, and add additional ice and water as needed.
- Banging blocks of shrimp to loosen ice away from boxes. (when needed)
- As needed help place soaks on products as directed.
- Take trash to dumpster, corrugated to bundler.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Education & Experience:
Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Flexible hours. Must be able to count cases and sort accordingly. Able to work in a very wet environment.
