About the role

Hexagon is seeking a Corporate Counsel to serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and franchise agreements while supporting governance, compliance, and risk management across the business. With 7–10 years of corporate commercial experience, you will oversee international franchise expansion, maintain data privacy protections, and advise on employment matters across US operations and abroad. JD and bar admission are required.
