Job DescriptionSet Up TechShift: 3rd, (11pm-7am)

Pay: $30/hr. + $3/hr (Based on experience)

We're looking for a skilled Injection Molding Set Up Technician ready to bring their expertise to a fast-paced production environment. If you enjoy hands on work, solving problems, and keeping machines running at peak performance, this role is for you.

Job Description: Set up and start injection molding machines for production runs Monitor press performance to ensure quality parts and optimal output Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues Minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement in efficiency Maintain production schedules by ensuring smooth job transitions Work with engineered resins and support scientific molding practices (a plus) 2-5 years of injection molding experience required Experience with set-ups, troubleshooting, and process optimization Knowledge of scientific molding and engineered-grade resins is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
