Lead by Example: Forget sitting in a boring office-you'll be right in the action, helping your team and vibing with guests. What You'll Actually DoBuild the Squad: Recruit, schedule, and hype up your staff to keep energy high. Run the Business: Oversee league sign-ups, handle customer requests, and manage day-to-day operations. Own the Space: Keep the facility looking clean, safe, and ready for game day.
