About the role
Overview:
Support test system deployment, qualification, validation, sustaining engineering, and test method lifecycle activities across a global pharmaceutical manufacturing network. This role will support test system transfers, site readiness, technical investigations, and engineering documentation while working closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and external partners.
Job Requirements:
Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of test systems, including IQ/OQ/PQ.Execute test method validation, verification, sustaining and transfer activities. Perform statistical analysis and support Design of Experiments (DOE).Troubleshoot test systems and methods and support equipment maintenance and improvements. Support deviations, root cause investigations, change implementation, and audit readiness. Develop and maintain qualification, validation, engineering, and technical documentation. Support training and knowledge transfer for test methods and system deployments. Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, project teams, and external suppliers.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Science, or a related technical discipline.2–5 years of relevant engineering experience. Experience with engineering documentation and technical reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while supporting multiple projects. Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, test method development/validation, test system deployment, analytical testing equipment, DOE, or regulated industries preferred. Experience with change controls, deviations, technical writing, manufacturing site support, or technology transfers preferred.
