Missio Marketing is a marketing agency serving churches, nonprofits, Christian businesses, and businesses serving Christians. We are seeking a Performance Creative Production Specialist to produce and adapt advertising assets for a major client campaign across Google, Meta and programmatic advertising. The overall account will invest more than $100,000 per month across these channels. You will help turn approved creative direction, brand assets and messaging into polished, platform-ready ads—and produce new variations as the team learns what performs. This is a hands-on production role focused on quality, speed and organized delivery.

End Date: January 1, 2027 Arrangement: Fractional contract role
Compensation: $80-$100 per hour
Time Commitment: 10–20 hours per week; hours exceeding 20 per week require prior approval Retention Bonus: $5,000 if the client signs with Missio for 2027
Reports To: VP of Client Experience & Operations
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Media Strategy & Performance: Develop the integrated media strategy, channel mix and spending plan around the client’s goals. Establish performance targets, forecasts, budget pacing and testing priorities. Monitor results across channels and recommend budget reallocations based on performance and business priorities. Review campaign setup, targeting, tracking, creative testing and optimization decisions with platform specialists. Resolve conflicting channel recommendations and keep the team aligned around shared outcomes. Personally manage Google or Meta campaigns when aligned with your expertise and agreed scope.
Account & Project Leadership: Own the master project timeline, deliverables, meetings, approvals and action items. Coordinate onboarding and gather platform access, brand requirements, offers, audience information and historical performance data. Manage dependencies across media buyers, creative contributors and tracking specialists. Work with Operations Director to maintain Monday.com with clear owners, deadlines and next steps. Identify risks early, communicate their impact and coordinate solutions. Keep work within approved budgets and hours, requesting approval before exceeding 20 hours in a week.
Client Communication & Reporting: Lead client strategy and performance weekly meetings. Deliver integrated reporting that connects channel results to business outcomes. Explain performance trends, testing insights and recommended changes in clear, practical language. Manage expectations around timelines, results and client responsibilities. Build client confidence through proactive communication and consistent follow-through. Support planning and recommendations for a potential 2027 engagement.
What Success Looks Like: The account operates under one clear strategy with shared performance goals. Campaigns launch on schedule, and spending stays aligned with the approved plan. Testing and optimization produce measurable progress toward the client’s business objectives. Approvals, deliverables and follow-up actions are managed consistently. The client understands results, next steps and the value of the partnership. Specialists have clear direction and can stay focused on execution. The engagement builds a strong foundation for a 2027 renewal.
