Collaboration at CCK is a group of people who realize that working together brings a better solution.A CCK Strategies Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for handling a wide range of executive, support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting executive leadership. The EA must work successfully with other CCK team members in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment. Remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, are crucial functions in this role.Responsibilities:Supporting partners and managing directors by managing their calendars, handling telephone calls and messages, and overseeing daily details of their internal and external meetings.Ensuring the completion of their daily tasks emails, meetings, phone calls, follow up actionsSkillfully answering calls and communicating with clients and CCK teammatesNoting action points and taking meeting notes.Assisting with preparing for and attending client meetingsFacilitating the follow-through of business development dealsHandling unplanned projectsAssisting the partners and managing directors in meeting their performance targets.Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools and automation solutions, to streamline administrative and business processes, enhance productivity, improve operational effectiveness, and support the firm's evolving needs.Examples of recurring tasks include but aren't limited to scheduling, running due date and WIP reports, new client setup forms and prospect client management, client follow up on documentation requests, and internal communicationKnowledge, Skills, and abilities:Motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skillsProven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support in a professional environmentIn-depth understanding of MS Office suiteAbility to organize a daily workload by priorityMust be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced & dynamic environmentA proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skillsProfessional level of verbal and written communication skillsCustomer service focus, for both internal and external clientsAbility to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.RequirementsQualifications:Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support in a professional environmentCCK Strategies, PLLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
