About the role
Sigma Technologies is seeking a Power Make-Ready Design Supervisor to lead a team delivering make-ready design for power utility and joint-use projects. The role blends leadership, technical oversight, and hands-on design support.
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of make-ready design experience, direct joint-use coordination, and proven ability to mentor a design team. Remote work is possible, with a two-week in-person orientation at our Perrysburg, OH office.
