About the role
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification 5+ years of experience in a chemical process or manufacturing environment, with a proven track record leading CI initiatives
- Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
- Exceptional influencing, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience driving organizational change and fostering a CI culture
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
- Experience in regulated environments, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industries
- Advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for developing others
- $150,000 to $170,000 per year, based on experience
