About the role
Quality Technician Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Quality Technician workers for a food manufacturing company in Little Falls, MN. In this role, you’ll help ensure product quality, food safety, and sanitation standards are met in a fast-paced production environment. What You’ll Do as a Quality Technician: Verify that sanitation procedures are effective Coordinate and monitor pathogen testing throughout the plant Communicate test results and verify corrective action plans Monitor, teach, and enforce GMPs, HACCP, packaging sanitation, and allergen control procedures Troubleshoot and resolve basic quality or production issues related to products and materials Monitor, maintain, and document incident reports Communicate corrective action outcomes to appropriate teams What You Need to Bring to the Quality Technician Role: Experience in quality control within a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred Food industry experience strongly preferred Prior leadership experience a plus Basic knowledge of math, biology, and chemistry Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodations Why You’ll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability.
