Position Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support and enhance the business applications used by our Sales and Commercial teams. This role works closely with business stakeholders and IT to improve processes, optimize CRM functionality, support reporting needs, and deliver technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver who can bridge business needs and technology solutions, drive process improvements, and help maximize the value of CRM and business systems across the organization
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Process Improvement Gather and document business requirements. Facilitate stakeholder discussions and process-mapping workshops. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and system utilization. Translate business needs into functional solutions. CRM & Business Systems Support Support enhancements and ongoing administration of CRM Dynamics 365 and related business applications. Partner with IT teams and vendors to implement system improvements. Help improve data quality, user adoption, and process consistency. Testing & User Support Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Assist with training, documentation, and change management activities. Support solution deployments and post-implementation adoption. Reporting & Analytics Define reporting requirements with business stakeholders. Support dashboards and reporting solutions. Analyze business data to support decision-making.
Education and Experience
Requirements:
Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.3-5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems, CRM Administration, or Sales Operations. Experience gathering requirements and improving business processes. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar).Preferred Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).Experience supporting Sales, Commercial, or Operations teams. Exposure to ERP systems and system integrations.
