About the role
Seeking a well-organized Talent Producer for a hybrid full-time role who will support the Creator Casting Producer in talent research, sourcing, outreach, negotiations, and relationship management for various campaigns, primarily in-office with some remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities
Support talent casting, outreach, negotiations, and relationship management across multiple projects
Source and cast creators and influencers that align with campaign strategies
Manage talent communication throughout project lifecycles, including contract negotiations and approvals
Required qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience casting branded content campaigns with creators or influencers
Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and the creator ecosystem
Experience negotiating talent deals and brand partnership agreements
Working knowledge of production workflows and on-set operations
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously
