- Attend sales training and team meetings as requested
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement experience a strong plus)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in closing sales in a one-call environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Reliable transportation and local to the Houston area
- CompensationCommission-based with uncapped earning potential
- Earn 8%12% commission per sale, based on performance and experience
- Average earnings of $800$1,500+ per closed deal
- Higher-ticket projects offer increased earning potential
- Top-performing representatives consistently earn $100K$200K+ annually
- Weekly pay with consistent, company-provided leads
