As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jewelry Repair Bench Jeweler to join our team.Job SummaryThe Office Administrator ensures the smooth operation of our wholesale jewelry manufacturing and repair shop. Responsibilities include general front office tasks, customer inquiries, item receiving, packing, and shipping coordination, engraving, and generating invoices. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excels in communication and multitasking.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to orders and repairs with professionalism and efficiency.Receive and secure incoming jobs, accurately inputting data and providing intake slips.Oversee all estimates, track approvals and declines and communicate effectively with the manufacturing team.Photograph and upload all incoming jobs to the portal and archives, ensuring meticulous documentation.Process repair and order pick-up, creating precise invoices for each order delivered.Oversee and execute all laser engraving jobs that come in.Collaborate with production and repair teams to ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to high-quality standards.Facilitate all shipping activities, tracking and organizing incoming mail and packages.Manage vendor supply returns and process credits accordingly.Foster internal communication between departments to streamline operations and resolve potential issues.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Education and ExperienceMinimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and/or customer service roles.Knowledge and SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, D365, and Excel).Ability to build effective relationships with peers and leadership.Exceptional planning and time management skills; adept at multitasking and prioritizing daily workload.High level of clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work efficiently under time constraints in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Demonstrated experience in independently problem-solving to quickly resolve issues.Discretion and confidentiality.Flexibility to adjust schedule and routine to accommodate business needs.Retail industry and/or jewelry repair experience is a plus but not required.Working StandardsRequired to work on-site in the Repair Design Center located in Bellevue, five days a week.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.Overtime may be required during peak seasons.General ScheduleMonday - Friday: 9am - 6pm, unless noted otherwiseRange: $25.00 - $29.00 per hourFluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges.
