About the role

Downstream Casino Resort is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide the highest level of guest service, respond to inquiries, and enter guest data into our database. You will explain Players Club benefits and promotions, issue comps, and assist with events. This on-site role requires reliability, excellent communication, and the ability to work a 24-hour schedule. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass background checks and drug screening.
