About the role

Company Description: TimelyAI is building a marketing SaaS platform designed specifically for time-based businesses, helping them grow and manage demand efficiently. The company focuses on solving a key challenge for these businesses: expanding their clientele at an affordable cost while nurturing long-term customer relationships. By enabling repeat business and referrals, TimelyAI aims to provide tools that drive sustainable growth. The team is currently in stealth mode, working on an innovative product described as “coming soon with something extremely ‘crazy’,” offering early team members the chance to shape a category-defining solution.
Role Description: The Head of Growth will lead the end-to-end growth strategy and execution for TimelyAI, with a focus on acquiring, activating, and retaining customers for a marketing SaaS product. This full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY includes developing and testing growth experiments, defining and owning key metrics, and optimizing funnels across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and marketing teams to craft positioning, designing and running campaigns, building playbooks for scalable customer acquisition, and analyzing data to inform decisions. The person in this role will also work closely with sales and business development to align growth initiatives, develop partnerships, and refine the go-to-market strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, including designing and executing experiments across multiple channels. Strong skills in Customer Acquisition, with experience in building and optimizing acquisition funnels and performance campaigns. Proven track record in Sales and Business Development, including developing partnerships and supporting go-to-market efforts. Experience working with SaaS products, preferably in B2B or marketing technology, and familiarity with subscription and retention metrics. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, product analytics platforms) and A/B testing methodologies. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and operate autonomously in a startup environment. Prior leadership experience in growth or marketing roles; experience building and mentoring growth teams is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
