About the role
To support a government agency, the remote Altimate System Project Coordinator will manage technical meeting schedules, screen support tickets, and maintain the program's knowledge base while assisting in the development of AI-powered search capabilities.
Key responsibilitiesOwn the calendar and agendas for technical meetings, ensuring accurate tracking of decisions and due dates
Screen and log support tickets, escalating unresolved issues to the Deputy CTO promptly
Assist in building AI-powered search over program documentation and maintain the program's knowledge registerRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in any field or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of professional or internship experience, including client-facing roles
Demonstrated technical writing ability with samples available for review
Experience with generative AI tools for documentation and research
Exposure to SQL or basic database concepts
