We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead human resources for a senior living community of 275 employees. This role partners closely with leadership to drive workforce stability, play a key role in retention, and foster a strong, engaged culture.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities: · Lead employee relations, including investigations and performance management· Drive retention strategies and monitor turnover and staffing metrics· Oversee employee training and development programs, including onboarding and leadership support· Ensure compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations· Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR operations, including collaboration with Accounting on payroll processing, accuracy, and compliance.· Provide strategic oversight of recruiting and employee experience initiatives
Requirements: · 7+ years of HR experience, including leadership· Long-term care, senior living, or healthcare experience strongly preferred· Strong employee relations and compliance background· Demonstrated success in improving employee retention· Strong technology skills (HRIS experience required) and highly organized· Data-driven with the ability to partner effectively with leadership· SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP preferred (SPHR/PHR also considered)
