Job Description: -Manage all aspects of the daily operation of the chocolate shop-Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule employees-Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example-Prepare, package, and merchandise chocolate products-Maintain inventory, order products, and create attractive displays-Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling-Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards are maintained-Develop and implement marketing ideas to increase sales, including promoting gift baskets, seasonal offerings, corporate gifts, fundraising opportunities, and other business partnerships-Build relationships within the community and seek opportunities to grow the business
