A rapidly growing quantum computing technology company is seeking a Customer Success Physicist to join its team in the US, supporting world-leading customers across academia, research, and industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a PhD-qualified experimental quantum physicist who enjoys combining deep technical expertise with customer interaction. The successful candidate will work closely with researchers and engineering teams, helping customers maximise the performance and capabilities of advanced quantum control and orchestration technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting customers with implementation, optimisation, and troubleshooting Acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle Collaborating with customer R&D and product teams to run successful experiments Ideal candidates will have: A PhD in Physics or a related disciplineA collaborative, customer-focused approach and passion for quantum technologies Hands-on experimental experience with neutral atoms, trapped-ion, superconducting, or spin qubit systems Strong communication and problem-solving abilities This is an outstanding opportunity to join an innovative and fast-scaling company in the quantum computing industry.
