The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and channel strategies, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of approximately 93 employees. The VP will be tasked with overseeing industrial channel sales, OEM sales, and market growth initiatives, as well as strengthening strategic relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of progressive sales and commercial leadership experience, and a proven track record of driving growth in industrial manufacturing or technology markets. Candidates for the Vice President position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field, and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and commercial leadership.
