Position Summary: The Fleet Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Fleet Department to ensure efficient operation of fleet activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing data in fleet management systems, and assisting with departmental purchasing and timekeeping functions.
Key Responsibilities: Enter and update vehicle, equipment, and asset data in fleet management and tracking systems. Maintain organized filing systems for fleet records, titles, and registration documents. Process and track tag and registration purchases for fleet vehicles. Assist with ordering department supplies, parts, and services as needed. Enter departmental time and attendance data accurately for payroll and reporting purposes. Communicate with vendors, and internal departments to support fleet processes. Support general administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and record retention.
