Summary:
The Food Runner creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club's members and guests when at the Club for a private or Club-sponsored event. Responsible for providing a five-star member dining experience and executing member and club-hosted events. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Possess a personality that makes people feel welcome, with a passion for providing an outstanding member experience. Possesses a can-do attitude and tackles everything with a smile. Efficiently completes assigned duties. Ability to think on your feet. Projects a calm, professional demeanor at all times and works well under pressure. Works well under pressure Must be reliable and punctual. Self-motivated and accountable for one's actions. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Education, Certifications & Experience At least 16 years old Conversational English. Valid Driver's License. Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment. Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Clubhouse and patio areas. Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 40 lbs. 60 lbs. Expected Work Hours Expected work during our season, mid-April to December Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts start as early as 6:00 am and end as late as 2:00 am. Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs. Required overtime could extend the workday to 10+ hours.
