About the role
IDEX is seeking a Senior Director, PMO to lead the enterprise PMO and shape the project execution capability across the organization. You will build a high-performing PMO team and ensure projects align with strategic priorities. Remote-based in US, preferably ET/CT time zones, with travel as needed. You will implement governance, reporting, risk management, and resource prioritization to deliver strategic initiatives and value realization.
