About the role

NRECA International seeks a Senior Human Resources executive to align HR with strategic goals, lead the HR team across development, compensation and benefits, and drive organizational health. You will shape talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS while building trusted relationships with leaders and staff. Requires 15+ years in HR, five years in management, SPHR/CEBS preferred. This on-site role is based in Arlington, VA with travel to conferences and offices as needed.
