About the role

Qualifications: Computer literate, dependable, patient, empathetic, good communication skills Responsibilities: Help clients acquire or update basic to intermediate computer skills. Clients may request assistance in a variety of areas: keyboarding, word processing, using the Internet, and using software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Tutor schedules available hours with the office, meets with clients for one-hour sessions, and informs Case Management Coordinator of client progress. Tutors also respect clients' confidentiality.
