About the role: Provide treatments and scalp/hair related services, such as washing, blowing and drying, to customers. Provide professional scalp and hair advices, recommend suitable solutions and products aligned with customer's needs. Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers.

About you: Possess working experience as a Scalp Therapist Passionate about scalp and hair care Possess excellent customer service and communication skills Initiative and willing to learn attitude Ability to work independently and in a team Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
