About the role

TELOS Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for our outpatient team in Bradenton, FL. This part-time position offers an opportunity to evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct OT services focused on ADLs, cognitive function, and fine motor skills in a senior living environment. You will educate residents and families, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maximize functional independence.
