Federated Group is a premier private brand sales/marketing firm specializing in the retail grocery and foodservice industries. Federated provides services in brokerage, brand management, supply chain consolidation and design services. We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join our team based out of Phoenix, AZ.This role supports Account Executives with the day-to-day execution of retailer private label programs. This individual will be responsible for handling daily functions including order management, data entry, and daily communication with supplier customer service contacts. This role manages promotional, new item, new vendor, and cost change submissions; coordinates with suppliers on orders and upcoming promotions; coordinates projects, tracks timelines, and identifies potential problems and solutions to support Account Executives. Will be accountable for building strong relationships with suppliers and communicating proactively with internal and external contacts to keep account objectives on track. They manage routine issues and initiatives in those areas, escalating larger decisions to the Account Executives.     Requirements include at least one (1) year of work experience, preferably in sales support, project management, category coordinator, or customer service role. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter and problem solver, process-driven, able to manage conflict, and have strong prioritization, communication, and organization skills. This individual must possess close attention to detail and be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills.
