About the role

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Member Experience Generalist (MEG) to set service and sales standards across multiple Scottsdale branches. This on-site, full-time role acts as a peer mentor, models best practices, and supports branch leadership in daily operations and cross-selling initiatives. The MEG will blend sales and service excellence with operational consistency, guiding MEAs and collaborating across departments to deliver Legendary Member experiences.
