About the role

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a global HSE leader to drive machine safety and compliance across NAO Tech Center locations. You will lead HSE activity, ensure safe work practices, and maintain CMSE certifications. The role requires a bachelor’s and preferably a master’s in HSE, experience as HSE cluster manager or plant director, and fluency in professional English. You will interact with engineers, suppliers, and plants to embed safety and continuous improvement.
