About the role
Driving revenue growth and market expansion, the full-time salaried Federal Sales Vice President will lead the sales organization for the Federal Government, focusing on digital-first strategies and managing a nationwide territory across various federal sectors while fostering high-performing teams and strategic customer relationships remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Federal segment, aligning with growth objectives
Lead, mentor, and develop a senior leadership team of regional and vertical sales leaders
Build and grow strategic relationships with key government customers and partners, representing the organization at industry events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred
15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in Public Sector sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
Experience leading large, complex sales organizations with P&L ownership of at least $750 million
Deep understanding of Federal procurement processes and regulatory requirements
TS/SCI Security Clearance
