About the role

KMG Prestige is seeking a part-time Community Manager for Village Green Apartments in Flora, IL to oversee daily operations, address resident concerns, collect rents, market the community, and lead the on-site staff. The ideal candidate has property management experience (including Low-income Housing Section 8 & Tax Credit), demonstrated leadership, and proficiency with Word and Excel. Real Estate Salesperson license may be pursued with company-paid training.
