The organization has multiple FDA-approved therapies and a broader late-stage neuroscience pipeline. POSITIONOur client is seeking Specialty Account Managers across multiple U.S. territories to drive sales performance for an innovative migraine treatment. This role is responsible for owning territory strategy, developing key HCP and account relationships, and driving product performance within the assigned geography.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals Build strong relationships with HCPs and key accounts Drive product adoption through effective clinical and promotional discussions Identify territory opportunities, trends, and key stakeholders Support customer needs related to access, reimbursement, and patient services Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, market access, and other cross-functional partners Manage territory activity, resources, and reporting Travel throughout the assigned geography as neededQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical, or specialty sales experience Consistent record of strong sales performance Migraine and/or CNS experience strongly preferred Product launch experience strongly preferred Strong territory management, account management, and relationship-building skills Patient access or reimbursement experience is a plus Must reside within or near the assigned territory
