The Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Account Manager to spearhead the growth of our creator roster. If you live on social media, understand what makes creators tick, and thrive on the thrill of outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building, this role is for you. You’ll be the driving force behind discovering next-generation talent, pitching our value proposition, and bringing them into our family.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Roster Growth: Actively scout, identify, and recruit high-potential creators (with a primary focus on Instagram).End-to-End Outreach: Own the entire recruitment pipeline—from first cold outreach and pitching to contract negotiation and signing. Seamless Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient welcome. Relationship & Account Management Nurture Partnerships: Build and maintain deep, long-term trust with signed creators, guiding them through their early collaboration and growth phases. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to set creators up for success and maximize their early channel growth. Operations & Admin: Maintain accurate creator records, track deal statuses, and monitor performance metrics in our internal systems. What You Bring to the Table
Experience:
0–3 years of professional experience (strong internship experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or agency settings is a huge plus).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Social Media Savvy: A deep understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, influencer analytics, and emerging digital marketing trends.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. You know how to connect with creative personalities. Mindset: A self-motivated, proactive go-getter who can manage multiple creators simultaneously without breaking a sweat. Attitude: A creative problem-solver with a results-driven mindset and a relentlessly positive attitude.
