About the role

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism through ABA techniques in homes, schools, and community settings. Flexible part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will receive complimentary 40 Hour RBT Training, mentorship, and a clear pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT, with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and holiday pay.
