About the role

Astranis Space Technologies seeks a results-driven Trade & Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead the company’s privacy, export controls, and regulatory compliance programs in its SF Bay Area headquarters. You will partner closely with engineering, supply chain, HR, and commercial teams to build scalable frameworks that mitigate risk while enabling growth. You will oversee ITAR/EAR compliance, OFAC sanctions, FCPA and FAR/DFARS requirements, and manage filings through DECCS and SNAP-R.
