About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers.
- Provide fast, accurate updates on orders, inventory, and delivery timelines.
- Handle issues, complaints, or quality concerns with ownership and urgency.
- Build trust through consistent, professional, and solution-oriented

- Work closely with sales, production, warehouse, and QA teams daily.
- Align order schedules with packing capacity and inventory constraints.
- Resolve issues quickly to prevent bottlenecks in fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate data for traceability, audits, and reporting.

- Requires 1–3 years in customer service, order entry, data entry, logistics coordination, or administrative roles Preferred experience in agricultural or food manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with ERP or order management systems.

- Knowledge of freight operations (LTL, FTL, refrigerated shipping)
- Experience in supply chain or time-sensitive environments
- Availability for extended hours during peak season
- Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally (e.g., paperwork, light files….)Fast-paced, high-volume production setting
- Combination of desk work and coordination across teams
- Exposure to warehouse/packing conditions including temperature fluctuations and noise
