The CCSP will be a key executive leader responsible for the development and execution of clinical strategy, operational performance, and clinical excellence across all lines of business and programs. This includes ensuring high-quality, person-centered, integrated, and culturally responsive care in behavioral health and medical programs. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with the Chief Medical Officer, drive care delivery, regulatory compliance, and workforce development, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and whole-person care. The role also involves leading initiatives to improve access, outcomes, and patient experience, as well as representing the organization in community and payer engagements. Applicants for the CCSP position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a doctoral degree preferred, and an independent clinical license strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience in behavioral health, integrated care, or community health is required, along with a proven track record of leading multi-site clinical operations and large interdisciplinary teams. The role demands deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, and value-based care, and the ability to lead change, improve outcomes, and build high-performing teams.
